So you say you have no time for exercise. You don't have the money to join a gym and you can't exercise in the morning because your schedule won't allow it, and working out during your lunch break is out of the question right? Got it! After all, it's free! You don't have to pay anybody or purchase any equipment! You just do it! Any time, as long or brief as you choose! You won't have to worry about it being overcrowded either.
Taking the stairs is excellent exercise for your heart and it relieves tension and stress. Doctor says you have bad cholesterol levels? Take the stairs more often. It can lower your bad cholesterol and raise the good cholesterol.
